Doug has a BA in Business Administration from Lamar University. His radio experience includes scheduling clients, managing production, public relations, and marketing with five radio shows on KSEV AM700 and KNTH AM 1070. 

Dale spent many years in Austin and Dallas as a professional advocate for people with disabilities, and later became a hospital chaplain in Dallas, doing her residency at Parkland Hospital, and working for Baylor University Medical Center.
